As someone who has used many password management platforms AND is a massive password forgetter, 1Password is hands down my favorite. I have been using 1Password for my business since 2023 and in 2025 added on a family plan. I really value the ability to create custom vaults so I can keep personal passwords, business passwords, and my family’s passwords all separate.

Asana
Asana is our go-to project management software. I have personally tried an excessive amount of platforms and found myself loving this one the best. This platform not only allows for clear task and project management, it also allows custom workflows for client work intake, various AI tool and support and great reporting.
Dubsado
Dubsado has been my go-to Client management tool since I went full time with my business. I can create invoices, custom workflows, communications, and open a client portal all from a single dashboard.

Metricool
Known as the “swiss army knife for social media marketers”, Metricool offers a very easy and intuitive platform for anyone to schedule and manage their posts. I personally love the analytics component, suggested times to post, and ability to manage my messaging inbox. This also has a Canva integration which speeds up the posting process.
Quickbooks
Quickbooks has become industry standard among small businesses. I was a little hesitant on switching over from my previous accounting software but I am so glad that I did. My favorite feature in Quickbooks is the Taxes dashboard. I love knowing that on any given day I know exactly how much I may owe at the end of the year and make understand my quarterly estimates. I also loved the chat support to help me find the right plan for my business.
