If you need help troubleshooting or assistance with your website, please submit a support ticket below.

Our Support Hours:
Monday 3pm - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 12pm
Thursday 2pm - 4pm

In an effort to provide clarity and transparency, we have included our pricing for support tickets. We will do our best to address all issues within 1 - 3 business days depending on the level of urgency required. Unless otherwise noted, all work will be completed during regular support hours.

Pricing
  • Sites beyond their 60 Day Warranty: $150/hr
  • Sites not on an Ongoing Support Plan: $150/hr
  • Emergencies outside Support Hours: $200/hr
